I bring over 15 years of experience in finance and business partnering, working across both the public and private sectors, advising senior leaders and leading teams in complex, high-pressure environments.
My work has always sat close to decision-making — where numbers, judgement, and responsibility meet. A later transition into asset management deepened my focus on critical thinking, risk, and long-term value, reinforcing that strong outcomes rarely come from analysis alone, but from clear thinking at the right moments.
Alongside this, experience has shown me that growth and maturity are not purely technical processes. They are deeply human. Businesses scale, and leaders evolve, only when there is connection, self-awareness, and an understanding of human nature — how people think, react under pressure, and make decisions.
